Itinerary
Day 1: Day-1-Singapore-Beijing
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival, proceed to visit the world-famous Tiananmen Square. Be part of history in the making by taking photos in front of the official Beijing Olympic Games countdown timepiece at Tiananmen.Thereafter, visit Changpu River Park. After dinner, enjoy an exciting Beijing acrobatics performance.

MEALS ON BOARD/DINNER
Day 2: Day-2-Beijing
After breakfast, visit the Forbidden City. Once home to emperors, it is the largest and most complete palace existing in China and the largest in the world today, filled with magnificent buildings, pavilions and pagodas. Continue to the Temple of Heaven Park, the largest temple complex in China. This was where Ming and Qing emperors prayed to the heavens for peace and good harvests for the country. Proceed to Tong Ren Tang which is famous old pharmacy of Beijing,it has more than 300 years history. After dinner, continue to the Lakeside Pub Street by Shichahai Lake for a glimpse into Beijing’s nightlife and traditional architecture.

Day 3: Day-3-Beijing
After breakfast, tour the external façade of Beijing National Stadium, one of the main venues of Beijing Olympic Games, also known as “Bird’s Nest” and the National Aquatics Centre.Visit to the Summer Palace and embark on a leisurely cruise on Kunming Lake. Thereafter, take a ride on a famous Beijing trishaw through ancient Beijing streets ,to enjoy Beijing traditional drama and play. Thereafter, proceed to the famous Xiushui (or Yaxiu) Market for fantastic bargains. There after, proceed to enjoy the Beijing Night Show.

In winter (Nov to Mar), the cruise will be substituted with a visit to Yonghe Lamasery (Harmony and Peace Palace Lamasery).

Day 4: Day-4-Beijing
Today, visit the Ming Tombs at the foot of Tianshou Hill. Visit the Great Wall which stretches across Northern China for 6,100 kilometres. You will ascend the Great Wall at Juyong Pass. After dinner, proceed to Wangfujing Shopping Street to shop and sample local snacks.

Day 5: Day-5-beijing-shanghai
Depart for Shanghai by flight. Upon arrival, proceed to visit Shanghai Bund. Take a leisurely cruise on Huangpu River and be captivated by the charms of Shanghai. Next, head to the Chenghuangmiao Shopping Area, a leisure and shopping hotspot with restaurants, cafes, shops, street stalls and old architecture galore. Today, you will enjoy Shanghainese cuisines.

Day 6: Day-6-shanghai
Ascend Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower for wonderful views of the city. Thereafter, you will visit People’s Square, home to museums, theatres, exhibition halls and shopping malls. Continue to Nanjing Road, Qipu Road and Huaihai Road to find the latest fashions and a fascinating range of goods. You may also try more local cuisines to understand Shanghainese food culture.

Day 7: DAY-7-SHANGHAI-SINGAPORE
If time permits, you can do some last-minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.
