Itinerary

Day 1: Day-1-SINGAPORE-SHANGHAI-TAI-YUAN
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to ShangHai,then transit to Tai Yuan, upon arrival Tai Yuan, transfer to hotel

Day 2: Day-2-TAI-YUAN
Today you will visit Jinci Temple. Jinci temple is a combination of historical cultural relics and beautiful landscapes. After dinner, visit the night fair of Tai Yuan. To Experience Tai Yuan propensity night market .

Day 3: Day-3-TAI-YUAN-PING-YAO
After breakfast, proceed to Twin Pagoda Temple, The 2 towers of the Twin Pagoda Temple are the symbol of Taiyuan. The temple was built entirely from bricks during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) and both 13 story towers are 53 meters (174ft) high. Afterwards visit China Coal museum, which have reality coal shaft here, you will aware the process for exploiting the coal. After that, proceed to Pingyao Ancient City, the history of its original construction dating back to the Western Zhou Dynasty (11th Century BC -771BC) and later being enlarged in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). To visit City Wall, the Ancient Ming and Qing Street, and the Rishengchang Exchange Shop, one of the earliest exchange shops in China, Lastly visit Gu Xian Ya (Yamen in old China).

Day 4: Day-4-PING-YAO-MT-MIAN-TAI-YUAN
After breakfast, proceed to Mt. Mian (about 40 minutes), a mountain which has sceneries, historical relics, Buddha temple and revolution ruins, it is significant landscapes protected by government, almost the scenic spots have their own stories. You will visit Yun Feng Temple, Da Luo palace and Sky Bridge here. Thereafter coach to Tai Yuan (about 2.5 hours).

Day 5: Day-5-TAI-YUAN-MT-WUTAI
After breakfast, visit Mt. Wutai (five-terrace Mountain).centered on the beautiful monastic village of taihuai, it is one of China’s four sacred Buddhist Mountains. It lies deep in an alpine valley enclosed by the five peaks. It has 15 or so old temples and monasteries, and some 20 others dot the surrounding mountainsides. Visit Xian tong monastery, which is among the largest and oldest temples in Mt. Wutai. Bodhisattva Peak Monastery, which is the largest lamasery on Mount Wutai. Wan Fo temple, which have different kinds of small Buddha imagery here.  Ta Yuan temple was designed with the sarira dagoba as the center, with the main hall in the front and the Buddhist scripture chamber (library) at the back. The whole design was neat and well balanced.

Day 6: DAY-6-MT-WUTAI-DA-TON
After breakfast, proceed to Da Tong, on the way to Da Tong, you will visit Overhanging Temple, Overhanging Temple is located at the mountain Heng's foot, was built in Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534), on the high cliff hemmed in by a precipice on either side. Upon arrival Da tong, proceed to visit Yungang Grottoes, together with Luoyang Longmen Grottoes and Gansu Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, are three famous grottoes in China.The area was excavated along the mountain, extending 1 km from east to west, revealing 53 caves and over 51,000 stone statues. Grottoes are decorated with painted sculptures, carvings and frescos. Continue to visit The Datong Nine Dragon Screen, it built over 600 years ago, is presently the oldest and largest glazed screen in China.

Day 7: Day-7-DA-TONG-SHANGHAI
Today,you will have whole day free & easy in Da Tong today, after that flight to Shanghai by domestic flight.

Day 8: Day-8-SHANGHAI-SINGAPORE
After braskfast,you will have some last shopping in Shanghai if time permit, then transfer to airport for your flight home.
