Itinerary

Day 1: Singapore - Shanghai
Assemble at Singapore Changi International Airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, our local representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you visit the Jade Buddha Temple. This temple is famous for its two jade buddhas. Proceed to the shopper’s paradise - Chenghuangmiao shopping district. After dinner, take a night crusie on Huangpu River, where you can see the fantastic night view of this international capital.

Day 2: Shanghai - Mt. Puto
After breakfast move on to Mt. Putuo by ship. After arrival at the island, visit the Puji Temple on this island. The Hall of Yuantong is the main building in Puji Temple, in which there is a 8.8 meter high bronze statue of Guanyin, the only representation og Guanyin constructed by Putuoshan natives. Next, proceed to the second largest temple on the island - Fayu Temple. This temple is famous for its ancient architecture, delicate woodcaarvings and inscribed calligraphy by ancient emperors.

Day 3: Mt. Puto - Ningbo - Shaoxing
After breakfast, visit the zizhuling (Purple Banboo Forest) and worship the Godness of Mercy. After lunch, leave for Ningbo by ship. Upon arrival, visit King Asoka Temple. This temple, with a history of 1700 years, is famous worldwide for a fragment of Sakyamuni’sparietal bone, which is kept in the seven-story stone pagoda in the Hal l of Relics. Afterwards, arrive in Shaoxing in the evening.

Day 4: Shaoxing - Hangzhou
After breakfast, start the tour in Shaoxing. Shaoxing is a famous historical and cultural city, which is also the hometown of Mr. Luxun. Mr. Luxun is generally considered the founder of modern vernacular Chinese literature. His books greatly influenced many Chinese youths. You will visit the Former Residence of Mr. Luxun, in which, the rear garden is called Baicaoyuan Garden and his primary school is called Sanwei Shuwu. Proceed to east Lake, featuring an elegant landscape of lakes and mountains ans fantastic stones. It together with the West Lake in Hangzhou and Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, are known as the Three Famous Lakes in Zhejiang Province. Proceed to Hangzhou by coach. On arrival, visit the Lingyin Temple. This historical temple built in 1601 was once able to accomodate up to 3000 monks. The Peak Flown from Afar is just in the front of this temple, and is famous for its more than 470 stone carvings of Buddhist figures, which date from the 10th to 14th centuries. Next, proceed to visit the Longjing Tea Plantation.

Day 5: Hangzhou - Yiwu -HangZhou
After breakfast, transfer to Yiwu.This China Small-Commodity Market has for 6 consecutive years topped China’s 100 top open markets and was for successive years listed as China’s civilized open market. It is the shopping paradise for tourists.After lunch, proceed to visit the huge Bagua (Eight Diagrams) Village. It is the biggest village of the Zhuge Liang’s descendants that live in China now. The structure of the village is based on the Eight Diagrams. Next,explore the Hefang Street.

Day 6: HangZhou- Wuzhen - Shanghai
After breakfast, transferred to Wuzhen, which is one of the Six Most Famous Water County in China. Proceed to Shanghai after lunch. On arrival,visit the Pudong New District. Then take a nice walk along the Nanjing Road.

Day 7: Shanghai
After breakfast, you are free at leisure. Meals and transport are not included.
