Day 1: SINGAPORE - CHRISTCHURCH (New Zealand)
Your vacation begins with a pleasant flight to Christchurch, the Garden City of New Zealand.

Day 2: CHRISTCHURCH: Christchurch city tour
‘Haere Mai’, welcome to Christchurch! Upon arrival, commence on a Christchurch city tour including the Cathedral Square, Mona Vale garden and Arts Centre. Up at Cashmere Hills, enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Thereafter, visit the Cantebury Museum, and Christchurch Botanical Gardens (time permitting & subject to opening hours and days of gardens). This evening, at your own leisure, you might want to drop by the Christchurch Casino, with it’s mix of elegant sophistication and Vegas-style pizzazz. (Dresscode: Smart Casual)

Day 3: CHRISTCHURCH-WEST COAST: Arthur Pass/Hokitika glass-blowing & greenstone factory/Westland National Park
Enjoy the spectacular alpine scenery of the snow-capped mountains, gorges and river valleys across the Canterbury Plain as we journey through Arthur Pass, New Zealand’s highest alpine pass, across to Hokitika, with it’s frontier town feel. Visit a glass-blowing & greenstone factory and marvel at the creations of skilful glassblowers and the manufacturing & craving of jade from the West Coast of New Zealand. Relax amidst waterfalls and river scenery as you arrive in Westland National Park with it’s glistening white glaciers. Brief stop at Franz Josef before proceeding to Fox Glacier for our overnight stay.

Day 4: WEST COAST-QUEENSTOWN: Fox Glacier/Lake Hawea/Lake Wanaka/ Thunder Creek Fall/Goldfields Mining Centre
This morning, time to enjoy the spectacular sights of the imposing Fox Glacier, before making our way through Thunder Creek Fall and along Lake Hawea & Lake Wanaka. Visit Arrowtown, one of the famous locations used on the filming of “Lord of the Rings”, a historic and picturesque pioneering town with many of its gold rush era buildings still in use. Arrive at Goldfields Mining Centre, to observe how gold was excavated in the olden days and learn the lifestyle of the early gold miners. Soon we arrive into the alpine resort of Queenstown, nestled beside the deep blue waters of Lake Wakatipu.

Day 6: QUEENSTOWN-MOUNT COOK NATIONAL PARK-CHRISTCHURCH: Lake Tekapo/Church of Good Shepherd/Salmon Farm/Willowbank Wildlife Reserve
Today, take a scenic drive to Mount Cook National Park region to catch a glimpse of the mighty Mount Cook. At 3755 metres, it is the highest peak in New Zealand. Weather permitting, you might want to take an optional scenic flight up to the Tasman Glacier, the world’s largest glacier outside of Antarctica. Travel pass turquoise-coloured Lake Tekapo and stop at the quaint Church of the Good Shepherd, a memorial to the pioneer runholders of the McKenzie Country. Brief visit to the Salmon Farm before traveling across vast Canterbury Plains back to Christchurch. This evening, embark on a nocturnal tour of Willowbank Wildlife Reserve, visiting kiwis, possums and other New Zealand wildlife.

Day 7: CHRISTCHURCH - WELLINGTON: Wellington city tour/Te Papa Museum
This morning, a short domestic flight takes us to the capital city of New Zealand, Wellington, nestled between a stunning harbour and the forest clad hills dotted with timber houses. Embark on a Wellington city tour and discover this compact city, full of political history, cultured and character. See the Old Government Buildings; one of the oldest wooden structures south of the equator, and travel up to Mount Victoria, undoubtedly the capital city’s favourite lookout, for a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the city and surrounds. At Te Papa Tongarewa, the magnificent Museum of New Zealand superbly located on the waterfront, discover New Zealand’s past, present and future through thrilling interactive technology.

Day 8: WELLINGTON-NAPIER (farmstay): Paua Shell factory/Arataki Honeyland
Start the day with a visit to the Paua (Abalone) Shell Factory. Learn how abalone, pink mussel and Mother of Pearl shells are being processed and manufactured. Here, you will be able to purchase some paua shell souvenirs for your loved ones. Travel through Hastings to arrive at Napier also known as the Art Deco Capital of the world. Stop at Arataki Honeyland where you’ll have a chance to taste different variety of honey. Proceed on for your farmstay where your host will be waiting to share with you some kiwi farm style hospitality as you spend the night on a typical farm.

Day 9: NAPIER (farmstay)-TAUPO: Napier Art Deco city tour/Classic Sheepskin Factory/Lake Taupo/Huka Falls/Prawn Park
Today on your Napier city tour, marvel at the unique Art Deco buildings with Maori motifs that was rebuilt in 1931 due to an earthquake, nowhere else can you see such a variety of buildings in the styles of the 1930s - Stripped Classical, Spanish Mission and Art Deco - in such a concentrated area. Visit Classic Sheepskin Factory, where you will get to see how raw sheepskins are transformed into their finished retail forms through the tanning and drying processes. Enjoy fantastic scenery, rugged hills, beautiful valleys and gentle plains as you travel to Taupo. View Lake Taupo, New Zealand’s largest fresh water lake in Australasia with water place so clean, a few zillion sizable trout call it home. Photo opportunity of the thundering Huka Falls where more than 220,000 litres of water tumbles over the cliff face per second. Next, travel towards the world’s only geothermal-heated freshwater Prawn Park, over looking the Waikato River. Take a guided hatchery tour and experience a day in the life of a prawn before tasting a tantalizing prawn.

Day 10: TAUPO-ROTORUA: Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve/Agrodome/Skyline Skyrides gondola/Maori concert & hangi feast/Polynesian Spa
After breakfast, travel to the thermal wonderland of Rotorua. An eye opener when we arrive at Whakarewarera Thermal Reserve, where a guided tour will show you sky-high geysers, bubbling mud pools and hot springs. Here, you will also gain an insight into the Maori culture and see master craftsman creating exquisite traditional arts such as wood carving and weaving. Visit Agrodome, where you will be treated to a world famous stage-show of 19 breeds of sheep displayed; each represented by a champion ram, sheep shearing demonstration by a top shearer and even an opportunity to hand milk a cow on stage. Sit back and relax as we ride the Gondola up the side of Mt. Ngongotha at Skyline Skyrides to enjoy stunning panoramic views of Rotorua City, Lake, Mt Tarawera and its surrounding districts.Come evening, tuck in a hearty Maori Hangi feast and be entertained by a Maori concert of song and dance followed by a visit Polynesian Spa for a relaxing soak in their natural hot thermal mineral spa.

Day 11: ROTORUA-AUCKLAND: Waitomo Glowworm Caves/Kiwi Fruit Farm/Rabbit World/Auckland city tour
After breakfast, head for the limestone-sculpted Waitomo Caves. Discover an ancient underground labyrinth of limestone caves & grottos the moment you enter this subterranean wonderland. Take an unique boat trip, gliding silently through the starry wonderland of the glowworm grotto. Brief stop at a Kiwi fruit farm before visiting Rabbit World to witness an unusual Angora rabbit shearing show. Arrived into the city of Sails and the largest city in New Zealand, Auckland, and commence on an Auckland city tour covering the shopping street, Queen Street, Auckland Harbour Bridge, the Victorian buildings at Parnell Village…
