Itinerary


Day 1: SINGAPORE-KUNMING-JIUXIANG
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Kunming. For evergreen everywhere like spring all the year round with flowers blooming everywhere, the city is known as” City of Spring” or “City of Flowers”. Upon arrival, proceed to Jiuxiang Scenic Area, which offers plenty of karst caves, scenic landscapes, man-made sights and ethnic culture. Take a cable car up to the Jiuxiang Caves which are a cluster of some 100 caves of various sizes, with amazing natural attractions such as the Twin Waterfalls, Divine Fields and Lion Hall that will leave you in awe. Continue to visit Qicai Yunnan (Peacock Garden),return to Kunming.

Day 2: KUNMING-DALI
After breakfast, visit the Tea Culture Meseum, after that, proceed to Dali, a historical and cultural city of China. Visit the Dali Ancient Town, also called Yeyu City, Forbidden City.It was first established in the early period of the Ming Dynasty, a defensive river was surrounding the city. Now the whole features were kept. The residents all like to plant trees and flowers, the famous Dali camellia, azalea and orchids are competing to show their beauty, making up flowers streets. Today, this famous ancient city is attracting more and more tourists. Dali Foreign Tourist Street is famous around the world, it becomes a place longing to be visited by foreign tourists. Thereafter, visit a Dali Xizhou ancient house and enjoy a Bai Tribe’s tea performance.

Day 3: DALI-BAOSHAN-TENGCHONG
After breakfast, Take a cable car up to visit the Mt Cangshan. Mt Cangshan enjoys great reputation for its snow, clouds, springs and marble. En route, enjoy the scenery of Three Pagodas. After lunch in Baoshan,proceed to Tengchong along the Nujiang Great Canyon. The canyon extends north to south and is 300 km long. It is the largest longitudinal valley in China, just next to the American Grand Canyon. In its mid and lower reaches, the river cuts across Gaoligong and Biluo -- two snow-capped mountains. The changeable climate and unique geographical features have all turned this region into a land of rich biodiversity, in Gaoligong Nature Region exists 77 species of wild animals and 34 species of native plants under state-level protection there. Birds view the Lujiang Dam and Lancang River. Upon arrival, proceed to visit Tengyue Square.

Day 4: TENGCHONG
Tengchong is a small and historic trading town on the main route from Dali to Burma. The city has much of the feel of Yunnan 15 or 20 years ago, with winding, cobblestone streets, wooden building and high, waled compounds. Tengchong is a zone of volcanic and subterranean thermal activity, there are 100 volcanoes here. The’Sea of Heat “, is a cluster of hot spring. In addition to the usual indoor baths, there is a outdoor hot spring as well as a warm-water pool, sitting just above a river.Today,visit North-sea waterland,Hot spring park. Visit Daxiao Kongshan(Volcano).Dieshui Waterfall, it is 46m volcano waterfall in the northwest of Tengchong city.

Day 5: TENGCHONG-RUILI
After breakfast, to Heshun Village. The title of the township derives from a verse describing "the rising clouds that herald auspicious future and the gentle breeze that brings peace and harmony ", everywhere in Heshun you can see simple and elegant memorial halls or archways, pavilion and marble balustrades. You may also get a chance to meet some older English-speaking Chinese.Heshun Library, built in 1924 and known as "the cradle of Culture", is the earliest and biggest library at the township level in China.There are some great old buildings in village,such as Wenchang Palace,the former residence of Aisiqi,Dianmian Anti-Japanese War Memorial,etc. Coach to Ruli. "Ruili" means "auspicious" and "beautiful".It borders on Burma in the southeast, southwest and northwest, with fields of both countries interlocking each other. It has become a fast growing, rough and tumble boon town with arrivals from all over China in the 10 years. Burmese with short-term travel permits stream into Ruili,most ot conduct petty trade or find a buyer for a few gems and pieces of jade.After visiting the Lianghe Tusi Yamen. After dinner,take your leisure at local night market.

Day 6: RUILI-MANGSHI-KUNMING
After breakfast, visit Jiegao."Jiegao" is a Dai word, meaning "the old town". During the Anti-Japanese War, Jiegao was a very prosperous town. It is the only part of Ruili Town on the southeastern bank of the Ruili River, known as "shatoujiao" or "Tianyahaijiao" in the southwest of China. Thereafter,proceed to Mangshi, a place of mysterious Buddhist temples and gold pagodas, home of the peacock and " sea of songs and dances ", a pearl on Yunan

Day 7: KUNMING-SINGAPORE
After breakfast, Jinmabiji (Golden Horse and Emerald Chicken) Pavilion, Dongxita Temple and Nanping Street.If time permits, you can do some last minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.
