Itinerary

Day 1: Singapore - Kunming
Your vacation starts with a pleasant flight to Kunming, owing its importance to the celebrated Silk Road that facilitated trade with Tibet, Sichuan, Myanmar and India. Upon arrival, visit Daguan Pavilion. Located on the shore of Dianchi Lake, it’s well-known for the longest antithetical couplet which was written by a famous Qing Dynasty poet.

Day 2: Kunming – Dali
In the morning, depart for Dali by coach. Upon arrival, proceed to Mingzhu Suqare and Tianlongbabu Film Studio. Take a view of the famous Three Pagodas. Next stop at Xizhou to watch Three-Tea Ceremony, which shows Bai Minority’s warmest welcome to the distinguished guests. Thereafter, why not take a pleasant walk in the ancient town. A fruitful shopping at Foreigners’ Street, an enjoyable cocktail in a distinctive bar, would give you an unforgettable experience.

Day 3: Dali – LiJiang
After breakfast, enjoy your coach journey to Lijiang. View the holy Yulong Snow Moutain. Proceed to newly-opened Dongbagu Cultural Village to experience the original flavor of folk customs of minority ethnic groups here. Next take a walk up to Lion Hill (Shiziin) where you can enjoy the panaromic view of Lijiang Ancient Town on top of Wangulou Pavilion. Dayan Ancient Town is the main attraction not-to-ben missed. Why not take some time to hang around at the Square Street, feeling the splendid atmosphere. Also visit MuFu (Mu Palace), Lijiang’s ancient ruler Mu’s official residence. Here Governor Mu of Ming dynasty built his mansion copying the style of the Forbidden City. In the evening, enjoy your night tour to Shuhe Ancient Town which is used to be an important stop along Chama Road.

Day 4: LiJiang – Lugu LaKe
Journey to Lugu Lake by coach. A residence visiting to local Mosuo Minorities allows you to understand their own exclusive lifestyle. Visit Folk Custom Museum before we have dinner.

Day 5: Lugu Lake – LiJiang
In the morning, take a Boat ride along the Lugu Lake. You will also visit the largest island in the lake - Liwubi island. Thereafter, return to Lijiang by coach. Visit the well-known Black Dragon Pool (Jade Spring Park), an influx of limpid spring. Since the water of the pond is as green as a shining jade, the park of Black Dragon Pool is also known as Jade Spring Park. Yuhe Eco-Allure shows the modern fascination of this ancient town.

Day 6: LiJiang – Shangri-la
Travel to Shangri-la today. En route, we shall take a distant-view for the First Bend of Yangtze River - a world-famous geological phenomenon and an extraodinary panoramic scene whose vistas you will long remember with great pleasure. Your Shangri-la tour includes Pudacuo Nature Reserve where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Shudu Lake & Bitahai Lake which is widely recognized as ‘A Pearl on the Plateau’ and the most attractive lake in Shangri-La. Thereafter visit a local Tibetan Family where you will be treated to the yak butter tea and snacks. Also visit Dukezong Ancient Town and the world-biggest Zhuanjingtong ( Spinning Prayer Wheel).

Day 7: Shangri-la - Kunming – Jiuxiang Karst Cave – Yiliang
Depart for Kunming by domestic flight. Upon arrival, proceed to Jiuxiang. It is confirmed that Jiuxiang is the biggest cave clusters in China with the greatest number of caves and most wonderful in-cae scenic. Thereafter, travel to Yiliang for night accommodation.

Day 8: Yiliang – Stone Forest – Colorful Yunnan – Kunming
Today’s highlight will surely be Stone Forest Scenic Area. As the “First Wonder in the World”, stone forest-with the sculptures engaved by nature - is always a true miracle for the visitors to behold. In the afternoon, drive on to Kunming. En route, make a stop at Colorful Yunnan. Visit the Peacock Garden before your journey back to Kunming. Jinma Biji Archway is a traditional piece of architecture and landmark of Kunming. Next proceed to Nanping Street for your shopping spree.

Day 9: Kunming - Singapore
