Itinerary

Day 1: Singapore - Beijing
Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival, proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven, which was used for worshipping the heavens & prayer for good harvest by the Ming and Qing dynasty. Next visit the latest tourist attraction in Beijing- Zhonghua Millennium Memorial, which symbolizes Chinese history, civilization and culture. After that you will be arranged to take a pleasant walk along Wangfujing Street. After dinner, enjoy an exciting Acrobatic Show. (Lunch will be provided for mid-night departures passengers)
Dinner

Day 2: Beijing
Start the day by visiting Tiananmen Square. The Tiananmen Tower, Monument to the People’s Heroes, Great Hall for the People and Mao Zedong Memorial Hall are the main sites on the Square. Take a view of newly-built National Theatre (Shuidan). Next, proceed to the Forbidden City also known as Imperial Palace, once the home of emperors. Within the Forbidden City is the Imperial Palace. It is a remarkable complex of palaces and halls comprising 9,000 rooms. Next proceed to visit Tongrentang, a famous China traditional medicine shop with a-hundred-year history. After lunch, view the Main Stadium (Birdnest) and National Swimming Complex for Beijing Olympic 2008. Then proceed to the famous Tianlongyuan Hot Spring Resort where you can experience the various facilities there (with your own swimming suits). After dinner, enjoy a wonderful show “Tianlongyuan Night”.

Day 3: Beijing
Today’s highlight will surely be the Great Wall - one of mankind’s greatest engineering achievements.First built during the spring and Autumn Period (770-467 BC), and extended from dynasty to dynasty, it meanders for some 6,400km, across mountains and valleys to keep the barbarians out and maintain the serenity of the”Middle Kingdom”. Next proceed to the Ming Tombs. 13 out of 16 Emperors of the Ming Dynasty were buried here. The whole area covers about 40 square kilometers. After that, make a stop at Chaowai Yuexiu Market for your shopping spree. This evening enjoy your night tour at Shimao Tianjie known as Beijing Xin Tian Di.

Day 4: Beijing
After breakfast, proceed to the immaculate Summer Palace, also known as Yiheyuan by taking a Kunyu River cruise. This Imperial Garden covers an area of 290 hectares. Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake are the few beautiful sites in Summer Palace. Next is the Deshengmen Tower. Continue to take a Trishaw ride touring the Hutongs and local old Siheyuan Houses where you may see Old Beijing Shows, and can learn about of the culture, history and lifestyle of old Beijing. Later, visit the Shichahai Pub Street.

Day 5: Beijing-Xi’an
Depart by domestic flight to xi’an, one of the most important ancient capitals in china. Upon arrival, visit the largest ancient castle site in the world - xi’an Ancient City Wall, which is more than 600 years old. Take a walk at ZhongGuLou Square, feel the harmony of the ancient and the ancient and the current civilization. Next stop at the Grand Cien Temple. The famous monk in the Tang Dynasty, master Xuan Zang is the first abbot of this temple, and his story recorded in the chefdoeure “Xi You Ji”. Wide Goose Pagoda is one main site in this temple, used to keep sutra. It is also the symoblic building of Xi’an City. Then proceed to Tang Paradise, the first mperial Garden of cultural theme park to expose the wonder of Tang Dynasty.

Day 6: Xi’an
After breakfast , proceed to the Eighth Wonder of the world - Terra Cotta Warrior, located at Emperor Qin’s Terra Cotta Museum. This museum is not only a treasure house where the tourists can learn history, culture and human civilization, but also the biggest onsite museum in China. In the afternoon, visit Huaqing Hot Spring, which was the spavenue exclusively for Yang Gufei, one of the four most beautiful women in history. Maybe we can found some hints for staying young and pretty from this place. This evening, enjoy xi’an Steamboat for dinner.

Day 7: Xi’an-Beijing
After breakfast, visit HanYao Site, which tells a love story of a General in Tang Dynasty. Also visit Qian Tomb, the tomb of the Emperor Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in China’s history. Beside Qian Tomb, is the Tomb Of Princess Yongtai. Princess Yongtai is emperor Wu Zetian’s grand-daughter, and it is said that she was killed because she found Emperor Wu’s top private secret. Thereafter, transfer to the airport for domestic flight back to Beijing.

Day 8: Beijing-Singapore
