Terms_Conditions :
1) Fare Application: a. All tickets to be issued on Electronic Ticket, surcharge of SGD20 will be
imposed on each Paper Ticket issue
b. All fares valid on CZ flight based on EX-SIN departure date
c. Above fare is only applicable when issue in combination with CZ SIN-CAN
international flight, otherwise, full published fare shall apply
d. Combination/Mixed class – Not permitted with other special nett selling or
promotion fares, unless otherwise stated

2) Flight Application: All CZ flights
(except code-share flight CZ1001-1999/4001-5999/701-799/7000-7999)
3) Reservation/Ticketing: a. V class: minimum 10 days prior departure
b. Open & request status not permitted for the entire journey

4) Tour code: Must be printed in the tour code box of ticket, e.g: 8567M7576A
5) Stopover: a. One permitted
b. Additional at a surcharge of SGD50 each

6) Rebooking: Not permitted
7) Ticket Endorsement: Indicate ‘NONEND/RER/REF, VLD ON FLT/DTE SHW,
NOT VLD CZ1001-1999/4001-5999/701-799/7000-7999,
REF SGD150, NOSHOW SGD150’

8) Refund: a. Fully unutilised: permitted upon approval at charge of SGD150 per ticket
b. Partially utilised: no refund
9) Child/Infant Fares: a. Child nett fare shall apply 75% of the adult nett fare
b. Infant fare shall apply 10% of the adult full published year fare
10) Above fares exclude all taxes, surcharges and insurance and subject to seat availability
